But a few scenes, I swear, were not the proper aspect ratio. They looked better in 16:9, but most of the video was in 4:3. It happened maybe four times, and was noticeable enough to really jar me. I could be more specific if you'd like me to. It might just mean you need to cut the edges of those scenes and stretch the rest out so they appear 4:3.

Ya, I think I know which ones you are writing about. Though the close up of her face, where she whipes her mouth and uses her blood as lipstick, is in it's proper ratio (I.e. it always looked odd) but I couldn't restist using it for the "My, My" lip sync.
Now the other ones where fiddled with, I think i'll try a different approach next time for those types of clips. 
@ JDC Ya, I figured I would try them again (I just couldn't help myself)
At least I avoid them in my dramas.
