I love Pokemon, and May is actually one of my favorite characters! I had just a few problems with this video. The text on the scenes from the opening sequences were not attractive. Video quality was also a bit iffy. Scene and video effects worked out well. Great topic, as I have rearely seen any Pokemon videos. Anyway, I digress.

Lol, I get what you're saying with the text on the opening sequence, but I did that as a throwback/reference to the text I used in my first May music video . I'm glad however you enjoyed the effects (and assumingly the amv overall), and I'm greatly appreciative of your feedback !Roc_Ragna wrote:I love Pokemon, and May is actually one of my favorite characters! Video quality:
Lame with .wmv use next time .avi with XviD Codec
In Intros are a lot of times hard subs like in your amv. Next time, simply
don´t use intro with hardsubs or croop and zoom ´em out.
Originality:
I don´t have a plan how I should rate this part of you amv content.
Sry I just don´t know.
Editing:
You do a good job at fast parts, with action and fights, but maybe sometimes
also on the wrong places of the song.
Lipsync isn´t good for this amv. ALL lipsync! There is a lot of uncontroled
flap sync. Example: 1:30 the trainer gives the pokémon a command. :/
Around 2:45: There was a good flow before but it got almost lost, with
the slower and also longer scences.
Nice intro worked good with the song, but the background is to silent.
A increase of the volume would be great.
Songchoice:
Great! Cool song for girl powaaaahhhhrrr!!!!
Scence pick:
Enoght to improve, but almost good.
All in all:
You have the skill for good amvs, but there are a lot of things to
improve. Most important thing in my eyes: final video output and more
controlled action sync and more look after the amv´s flow
