My First AMV Entered
Hello all,
This is my first AMV with premier plus it is my first post here so "hazahs" are in order . This is an indirect link because I could not figure out how I to enter a new vid for upload. If someone would like to help me with the problems later that would be great. I made this video back in Ocotober and never really got a chance to post it here. A lot of crazy crap happened. This video is a Final Fantasy VII Advent Children AMV. Please do not judge it because it is another FFVII AMV blah blah crap. If you do not want to see another FF VII AMV then I highly advise you not to watch. There are some problems that I encountered with this video. Mainly I messed up the aspect ratio and I did not add any credits. The song I used is Breaking Benjamin, again something that is over used. If you have a problem with it then do not watch my vid. So without further adue, this is my vid and I hope all of you who watch it enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it .

Well, welcome to the forums, and welcome to the wonderful world of AMV editing. If you need help with uploading your video, I wouldn't mind to help you out. Just send me a pm, and I will send you a pm back with info on how to do it. I'll download and view ASAP.
Again, welcome!
-EDIT-
For a first video, you really surprised me. Quality was pretty good, but just some basic issues arised.
No. 1 - Slow motion scenes were obvious
No. 2 - Your still-clip sections were not pretty
No. 3 - The chorus had basically the same clips for the same vocal section.
No. 4 - Work on transitioning. Sharply cutting from one section to another section makes for bad transistioning.
No. 5 - Work on video/audio sync. Sometimes the scene didn't make sense in the AMV.
Overall, it's a 3/5. This is one of my top five songs and top ten anime, so you did a good job. I'll definitly watch this one again.
Again, welcome!

Ok guys got my video uploaded to the site thanks to code_chrono. Thanks for the help and the comment about my vid. Maybe you can leave on the video itself . Here is the link to the video so you all will have better bandwidth to dl from Never Lost The Courage. I know it is a bad title, but that is ok. I hope you all enjoy my vid.

This amv, has a sort of flare to it. It's very clean, but there are a few problems when transitioning between scenes. I put too much transitioning and it became a little too noticable but this needs a few. Over the sync is pretty good. I wouldn't mind watching it a few times over.
Death comes as swift as night, as I do.

I am in agreed with code_chrono topic. But the worst mistake it was the site of the video. I think that it is not quite bad at all (if it is your first amv with adove premier) because your mistake were in details but in the amv world the details are the most important part. because when someone makes a mistake in se scyn the video it is ruin or it will not show what you want to say (to express your idea of what is it about). well the other mistakes all of us makes the same mistakes even once but when you read the manual of the adove all those mistakes will be fix by themselves

Heh got more replies than I thought I would have . Thanks for the supportive criticism all. I know I am not that great, but in time I hope I get better. If I decide to try and make some more o.O. I was working on a Samurai X vid, but then a little something called the Wii came out so I have I have been playing that a whole lot recently. I do hope to finish it someday. I know my stills were ugly chrono, still trying to get the feel of this program. It is really advanced o.O. Also to answer to everyone yes this is my first vid with Adobe Premiere. I have used adobe products in the past so it was somewhat easy to figure out the basiscs. I do wish I would have not messed up the aspect ratio though . Anyway, thanks for all who have watched my vid and I hope to put another some time in the near future

So now I have to watch it
help with aspect ratios
I have to admit that I'm having problems with tittles/credits in premiere (just doesn't do what i want how i want) so I generally like to use something whipped up in CS2 and transition it into the amv instead. (just an idea)
new banzors in the making :p
