Well, I'm a huge DMC fan, and I like FF a lot, too, so I figured I'd check out all three of these. Here are my thoughts...
'Dance of Sparta': not to nitpick, but that's 'Sparda,' actually. I know. I'm a spelling Nazi. Anywho, I thought you had some decent beat sync, and I liked your lyrical sync in the second verse and more as the video went on. I feel that the slow-down was used WAY too much, though. From the song, I was hoping that this video would have a lot deeper meaning than it did, but it seemed that you just picked it because it had "devil" in the title, like most other editors do. Overall, this was an okay video, but I think it could have been a lot better just with the editing. That doesn't even begin to cover the technical errors.
'Dante is Happy Now': I liked this one less than the first one, to be honest, and that's mostly because it had very little beat sync and it used all of that pre-effect'd footage that you see in the previews. I didn't really see any lyrical sync this time around. I had a hard time just sitting through it, because I've seen this footage a million times now, and unless you do something really creative with it, the viewer will get bored quickly. Also, you shouldn't use downloaded footage. I know you did in the other video, too, because I know the site you got it from. It's decent looking footage from that site, I know, but you should still endeavor to learn how to capture your own scenes. Any downloaded footage is going to be worse than what you could produce yourself with some effort. Overall, this video was lacking in all of the major areas.
'I'll Be the Death of You': this was definitely the best of the three videos, and it shows your promise as an editor. You had good beat sync (there were some parts when it was downright terrific), and I felt that you had a lot more meaning with this song in conjunction with the source. As such, your lyrical sync was good. You still pimped that slow-down too much, so try to be careful of that. Your video quality was kinda wonky, but with a little bit of reading in the guides, that can be easily fixed (most people start off with video quality troubles, so don't feel stressed about it).
All in all, I think that with some practice, you'll get pretty good at this. But remember that the more important thing is to have fun. Never feel like editing has to be a chore. I'm just offering some advice here, and it's entirely up to you if you want to take it. So, I hope that helped a little, at least. ^_^
