There's an obvious concept sync that actually works out quite well, and to a degree the footage even syncs with the music. But other than that, it seems like just footage + music. Focusing on internal sync is good, but don't forget to include external as well. Such as in the beginning, when your following up the spine, that was good however there were prominent beats that went entirely ignored. A beating heart, just a scene flashed, or a bar/screen, or something. If you wanted to get creative, perhaps you could give the vertebrae a sort of flash, heart beat like effect. Also, the effect right at about a minute, while I understanding what you were going for, just did not work.
