Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

You truly believe that? How sheltered you are.DaCoolGohan wrote:I severely doubt that, no one on the org is female.Dark Confusion wrote:I'm female
Anyhow DropOuter; left an OP now (yup I got around to do it. Bless my soul )
Have to say the video grew on me the more I watched it, but there are segments which were too unsynched, so I won't really keep it, so to speak

Eh, was kind of boring, not enough impact...the only thing I like was the part where you synced the explosions..if you want me to be more in-depth, IM me

I'd leave a comment but I was told I was going to be hurt if I said something bad... or was I dreaming that??
Anyway, I tread lightly. I found it better than average, sequencing was good, and I was given flack for lip flap so I'll give flap back. I will agree with Koop and Sierra because I'm a suckup and I love Sierra's vids. Now I'll go back to my wife and kids.

Thank you everyone for your continued support of this video. I can't believe it has garnered so much attention and I may be remastering it in the future to better match my vision for the video (probably not though because I like the video a lot they way it is).
Truthfully I made this video in about 2 hours just putting cuts on the timeline not trying to sync anything explicitly. I went more on feeling than thought or style. I actually tried my hardest to not sync whatsoever (this is actually pretty easy so I didn't have to try that hard). Anything that syncs in this video is either a complete fluke or off by quite a few milliseconds and was a fluke as well. Actually, there's a few cuts I tried to sync (the explosions before the last chorus). For the most part this was an exercise in trying to make a video that was uncontrolled chaos.
It's fitting that's what the thread turned into half way through.
k that's all for now so I'm gonna go and maybe be back in a bit with another video or not I have no idea really, AMVs bore me as of late mainly because they're more about effects work and compositing and rotoscoping and screwing around with hackneyed filters than they are editing. If you disagree that's ok because we can't all be right (I am though).
