Props, This was fairly enjoyable, a great shot at a first imo.
For a first good atmosphere and the song complimented the editing fairly well.
As for the "overused" comment by Gaurry, don't mind that, I much rather see a Jin-Roh video for a first rather than the norm of Naruto or Bleach videos.

Re: [DP]Sullen
I did a quick search and it seems that Jin-Roh has 233 amvs made here on the org and Code Geass (your last vid Gaurry) has 505 amvs made to it. Of course that doesn't account for usage in a various amv or not being available on local for either one, however if you cut Code Geass in half it still has more amvs to it.Gaurry wrote:several? you are naive.Sennin wrote: emm.. over used?? The way I see it is there can never be too many good amvs to any source

Thanks for watching, I'm glad you find it entertaining to watch.irriadin wrote:I really enjoyed the fractured pacing of this AMV. Not only was this entertaining to watch, but it also has some artistic merit as well.
One little nitpick: Some of the fades near the beginning are slightly jarring, though perhaps that's the intent.
Overall, though, very nicely done.
Your right actually the fades were intended that way.
I'm glad you liked it, thanks for the comment.monstravi wrote:I like it.Very dramatic, even the repeated scenes have some purpose and don't look bad.Nice one!
Thanks, and yea your right that was what I was trying to achieve by repeating those scenes.Minimoto wrote:I actually liked this one. The atmosphere was reinforced by the scenes that repeated and I liked that. Ending was a tad abrupt though.
Thanks! I'm sure you'll like it.iGREASE wrote:I liked this a lot.
This made me want to actually watch that anime.

Well said, sir. Jin-Roh is a fairly old anime I think around 11 years, so considering 233 amv's in 11 years is far from over used.Glitzer wrote:I did a quick search and it seems that Jin-Roh has 233 amvs made here on the org and Code Geass (your last vid Gaurry) has 505 amvs made to it. I think Gaurry just like bashing other ppl amv's for no good reason. Thanks for backing me up, Glitzer, and HazeFM. I appreciate it guys!
And ofcourse thanks for watching and commenting, Glitzer.

Glitzer, u are "Joined: 28 Jan 2010". How many the same beginners like you didnt see anything, except Geass... It is does not make Jin-Roh less "overused".

Yes, he does. Jin-Roh surely isn't overused. It's sometimes used, but that does not make it overused, unlike some other sources (Haruhi - 1000 vids over 4 years, Naruto - 16000 vids over 11 years, etc)Gaurry wrote:Glitzer, u are "Joined: 28 Jan 2010". Re: [DP]Sullen
This is actually the only full-length Jin-Roh video I've really enjoyed. Great job!
Though, I haven't seen many since it's not an overused source. (And since apparently, the basis for understanding whether or not something is overused is your join date, I win since I've been around the longest. Problem solved! \o/)

Re: [DP]Sullen
Of course, of course. "overused" its only the quantity of vids. and "originality" its "rare video + rare music." lol.
Unfortunately you dont have word similar to the term "boyan".
