I liked this quite a bit! Its a really interesting concept, and a lot of work went into making it look good. I was impressed that for the most part, even CCS Sakura didn't look out of place with the rest of the footage considering how much older that series is than anything else you used [Though Im sure a lot of the credit for that goes to those remastered blurays].
Despite all that, the video after Haruhi's segment kiiinda dragged for me, being one shot after another of 'Come with me to the magical world!' pretty much until the end. I'm down for having a lot of scenes like this, but I would have liked to see these characters actually enjoy themselves a bit there too. There's a bit of this at the tail-end of the vid, but you don't get much of a feel for it when the camera is just zooming around them.
Overall, many indeed.

x2. The first two verses were really awesome and were easily my favourite sections of the whole video because I felt like they did a good job in bringing the viewer into understanding your concept that the characters weren't simply just going to a magical world for the sake of it but because they were having problems in the real world. But yeah the mirror glass idea is genius and the execution was fantastic. (minus that one Clannad scene Centurione mentioned because it doesn't work as well as the rest) It also captured the beautiful mood and feeling of the song very well, I loved it!Hagaren Viper wrote: Despite all that, the video after Haruhi's segment kiiinda dragged for me, being one shot after another of 'Come with me to the magical world!' pretty much until the end. Umika, I am a fan of yours and this video is very well edited as always, but, to be honest in my opinion the song is ugly
So I cannot enjoy this video completely, even if it's amazing (flow, mood, transitions, effects)
So...that was my opinion

Common mistake, its all goodUmika wrote:Creator: Seliafel
But, to teach someone how to do a cross-over must be extremely hard xD I really loved how well edited this is and... I know people will disagree with me, but I also love the flaws that came with this AMV.
In other words... Its not a perfect AMV, could've been wayyyy better but, you know what... I felt like, despite the flaws, the editing and the song along with the sources matched pretty well. Still... Next time Seliafel edits... tell him/her to focus on adding some blurs, focus on pan & zooms and less optical flares with that cardcaptor sakura part. xD
Either way, loved it. Tell Seliafel he/she did a good job :3
