- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ya ya sure. I am NOT a kid. Simply I didn't want to go out and scream like the 'olders', if I tried to be 'a kid' is for not make all more bad..DrngdKreationz wrote:You definetly need to unplug a bit kid,
I will do what you all say and all this story about connection and footage will not happen more. Sorry. (and say sorry is also 'kids stuff'?)

2) Get rid of subtitles at 00:41
3) Don't steal footage from other AMV's like Tsumibito No Kashou ( at 01:58 for example; just fading over it doesn't make it better).
4) try to make your sync more consistant and more close to the music.
Maybe we can add : deinterlace your dled footages before making your amvQuiet Cannon wrote:Just to add to that list:
5) Stop creating new accounts just to rate your videos at all 10s. I find it highly suspicious that the user Serious Andres has the same e-mail name as you (mike_of_the_desert) and has given 4 of your videos perfect scores despite the fact that the account was created less than 2 weeks ago and they can't download local videos. There are also a few other accounts I suspect of doing the same thing.
Anyway, not really bad, but i think it need better sync and better output video quality to be enjoyable.

sorry... just thought it'd be funny to see that done all dramatically with the screaming of 'NEVA!!!' and the hands in the air shaking fists towards the sky and all... just my imagination but i had to make a point
Michele, it's completely awesome that you've found something to dedicate urself to (AMVs) but like DrngdKreationz said... unplug a bit, this means you need to detach urself from being TOO serious about this and even though this is important to you (and a lot of us) it doesn't mean that we're all here for business, this is an awesome hobby because it's mostly about fun and pleasure, not business.
i guess i can't speak for everyone but i'd think most people would want you and anyone involves with AMVs to enjoy them as much as they can, enjoy watching them, enjoy making them, and enjoy discussing them, so if a problem comes up, i know it's hard NOT to blow up in someone's face, but it's better if you handle it like you did in ur later post, give reasons instead of shouting and getting all religious on us

we're all here to discuss the video, and someone brought up a good point, it sucks to have ur footage stolen, and you've already admited to taking it and you tried to make it ur own, it was an honest mistake and i know you've already learned ur leason, just make sure you try to get non-edited footage by, for example, ripping dvds or capturing tv footage, doing things that way helps avoid the whole 'stealing' problem, if you want to get highspeed internet instead, it's ur world, make urself happy, just try not to let comments get under ur skin and it's always better to think things out
...this post is way too long for serious talk so i'll stop playing dad and watch the damned video
