Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Wow, thats an awesome video! Lots of hard work must have went into that and it really shows. This is one of the most fun videos that I have seen in a while.
My only suggestion for next time, is maybe use a song thats not so repetitive. It works ok to just watch it once through... but the repetitiveness really keeps me from wanting to watch it over and over.

I know, the song is really horrible. I can't hear it anymore...thats why I dont want to watch my own AMV one more time.
And yes, I spend maybe 2 month (I didn't counted after some time) for doing it. Maybe you can imagine what its like, to hear this song every day of this 2 months ^^ I really hate it. I will try to choise a better one for the next time
And a big thanks for pimping my video in your sig I am really new here, but I can imagine that you know a lot of AMVs so I really happy you do this for the video ^^

But for the Quality, you use DVD, but do you work with the Vob directly ? Or you compress the rush with a codecs ? if you use the second solution, which codec do you use ?
(lolll, I know, I'm very curious )

The speed of light is faster than the speed of sound, so it's normal that someone seems to be intelligent before he speaks !

create .d2v files with DIndex. Then you must write an avs file with this .d2v files as source. Then you can work with this avs in premiere, or you create bad qualli MJPEG coded files and replace them later with the avs files.
well, as I already said, my english sux, so just Read ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides you can read this method there
