Wow :O Every time I think you showed the peak of the crossover cathegory you release video like that and prove, that you still can create something that surpasses the previous ones.

First to criticise honestly!

The masking is a bit so-so at times. It looks like some character's outlines were feathered too much and appear smudged against the background.

That's it.

I loved the vid.

Nice! I generally don't care for trailer videos, but this was pretty cool.

Absolutely incredible! It was worth all the work you put into it.

Then again, all of your videos are... ;)

First off job well done. I heard allot about this and I had high expectations of it, and it met those very well.

One problem I found that somewhat distracted me from the video itself, was the masking and most likely the color schemes for each char. With that I mean that the individual chars did not seem to match color wise. Which is understandable from such a large array of sources and of course the difference in age. But still it would have bin nice if not allot of extra work to color correct the chars into the BG setting some more.

9.5/10 :D

Epic win. Trailer of the decade. Now go forth, and do the whole movie. The original story was good, the movie itself was god awful.

Thanks for the Feedback! Ghibli uses a lot of "soft" colors and as such most of the characters blend in or bleed into the background making it one of the harder anime to mask out.. If I did give them harder edges, they would stand out too much.. If only I had an extra 100 hours  Besides, if I was perfect I’d have nothing to improve on!

I worked a lot of the colors. you should of seen them before I did a lot of filtering... I figure I could of improved on it if I isolated certain colors or features (skin, etc), but that would of taken forever .. But thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it!

Give me 5 years and a big budget and I’ll get it done!
