- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ah! Duh! I should have thought of that - thanks!!citrus02honey wrote:Oh yeah that! The basic idea is to create the really fast flip sequence in another project, save it to your computer, import it into your original project, and then overlap it with the other clip. When you work with wmm as long as I have you learn how to trick it into doing things XD

It had all different styles of divx logo, and they wouldn't always come by fading in.. a scene you used would have it pop up right away, which only means one thing. You used clips from other amvs that had the divx logo in it.
Regardless of where you got the clips, the thing that bothered the atmosphere was the fluctuating visual quality and divx logos popping up everywhere. And also it felt very random. It didn't match the music enough imo.. scenes just seemed thrown out there because an expression would match or movement of a character or camera would match.. but that doesn't equal success if the colors don't match and what is taking place doesn't match. You didn't seem to focus much at all anywhere on build up in the audio.
It isn't my cup of tea.. the music is just the way the video was done. Some parts are nice.. but the video doesn't feel consistent for me to care much about that.
3/5

I liked it, your sync was pretty good. The scene selection was random at times, but well done in other moments which leads me to believe you had only thought this through half-way. Definitely could use an improvement in visual quality. I'm not much of a stickler for video quality, but because of the rapid changes in quality throughout the video it was enough to distract and detract from the experience. You could do wonders with a remaster. 3.5/5
