You really can't get more half assed than this. It's not possible.

I laughed at the beginning when it started because I KINDA liked the direction it was taking, although it didn't seem to carry the pace the original video did because of the stillness in each of the scenes you picked.
Then as it went on it became more and more apparent that the effects were being done in a half-assed manner and that this wouldn't actually be a DIRECT parody of the video, which I was kinda hoping it was...

Then, as if actually taking clips from the original video wasn't enough, you cut the song down, threw in some shitty overlays of flowers and some cut outs of the characters.

I think this is definitely an insult to the creator of the original video, and the original video itself. Hope this didn't take any longer than 5 minutes to make, because if you actually put a lot of time into this I couldn't tell and I'm sure no one else will. The thought is nice, the concept would have been cool if you didn't get lazy, but thats what happened here and its gross to watch...*deleted off my computer*

Gonna go ahead and give this 0/5 stars and an EPIC FAIL T-shirt cause good god...all I have to say is

Lucky Century- There is such a thing as too much effects. It was a bit over done.

Heading for a new century- Better than the Lucky Century, and it was decent but I was constantly thinking about this AMV:

You don't want viewers thinking about someone else's AMV.
I saw way too much similarities between the AMVs.
Whether that was intended or not, I don't know, but generally I want to watch an "original" AMV not watch something similar. It's one of those "Been there, seen that" situations. And for me I could watch various AMVs to the same song, I don't care, but I like seeing different perspectives from different editors and their take on the song.

Effects were decent, yet they could have been better.

I don't understand... are you implying there's a similarity between my video and heading for a new century? how so?

Anyway I liked the first half better then the part where you just use the gungrave video and overlayed the masks

I'd would have been sooooo cool if you made the whole video with lucky star and just copying the style of heading for a new century...
Anyway I liked how you copied the effects and style and have to totally disagree with Reda on that =\
The song cut is horrible though -_-
I mean I know the original song it's just not right where you cut it

Then the Gungrave part it's actually the complete opposite of the first one.
And the flowers look gay =\
Oh and there is a character I think that one that is lying, you cut his head on this mask >_> Also those are the same masks as in the beginning, lazy bastard =\

Anyway I totally like that video (maybe because I love Heading for a new Century) O:
