You could have done without the black bars down the side (unless that's my MPC being idiotic).

Otherwise, a fine job (though we need Ryno to corroborate this for factualness).

The video is encoded using a 5:4 aspect ratio, so it is viewed normally on regular letterbox screens. However, when played on widescreens such as those which have a 16:9 aspect ratio, the player fits the video according to height and you view black vertical lines on the left and right of the video. This is not part of the video, but the aspect ratio. The same can be observed when viewing widescreen footage on a 4:3 letterbox screen, the difference being that the lines are at the top and bottom of the screen.

Edit: Ek gee nie om oor enige van die technical details waaroor die ander bitch nie. Ek's net bly om n AMV te sien wat actually van hoë gehalte is. Hoe lank het dit gevat om te maak?

This skit has been a running joke for years now, and yes to large degree you do get Afrikaners who speak like that. [platteland dae... daai dae...]

This is more of an in-house joke, I think mainly South Africans will find it especially funny, since we can relate. I'm very happy to see an AMV of high quality being produced. I want to see more, keep'em coming.

Awesome stuff.
