Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:

  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

And... actually I don't know what Bishounen means. :shock: Meh

Cyan, Setzer, Edgar/Sabin, Mog, Umaro, Gogo, Gau, Celes, Locke, Terra, Relm, Shadow, Strago. That is the order the song goes in. The thing with Edgar/Sabin is that their themes are pretty much the same and I assume that Nobuo Uematsu (the Final Fantasy music GOD) decided to just let them have their sequences at the same time because of that. :P In other words, if you take Sabin then you take Edgar, and vice versa.

And no Flint, just use one character, hehe.... No, I said one. ONE, damnit! ONE!! RAAGGH! :D + :P

"Bishounen" literally means "pretty boy" in Japanese. "Bi" means "pretty", "beautiful", etc. "Shounen" means "boy" or "youth". The term "bishounen" usually refers to male anime characters with somewhat feminine features. Like long hair, delicate facial structure, etc. Zechs from Gundam Wing and Sephiroth from FFVII are good examples.

No, but really... think about it. If we could find one character that looks similar to Gogo, we could find some others for him to mimic. It would take more time and effects, but I'd be willing to try. :?

I can see what you mean. Like whoever Gogo is, turning into D/Shadow just for giggles. Or something like that. Whatever. Just have fun with it. :P

Wow, just stumbled upon this post.. Cool. I'd be happy to do any of the characters, I just beat FF6 a couple of weeks ago, so this would be a neato victory dance for me. So.... yeah.

I just listened to my downloaded version of the Ending Credits and the one character theme that caught my attention the most was Cyan's theme. The perfect anime character that came to mind for this part was everybody's favorite swordsman, Kenshin. So for now, I'll call Cyan as my character. :P
At the moment, characters are ready to be taken. However, the actual editing process will have to wait. :? I have to get the CD, rip the song, then edit the first half of the song for the characters. Then after a buttload of time, wait til all the editor's character vids are finished and turned in to me, and figure out what to do with the REST of the song, which is about ten and a half minutes long. :shock:
