Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Feedback!! *sniffles*

Yeah, I'm sorry about the fade to black; I was under the impression that the credits would be over the AYA segment too. I didn't find this out until I watched the full version. oops.
10:11 - It flickers a little here as the footage moves down. I'm guessing it's the source footage's fault though.
Not me, I swear. ;) That must've happened in the final master, 'cause in my version that flicker isn't there. It throws off the rest of the segment by a few frames, but I don't mind much, since I'm probably the only one who would notice that.

Those Damned Archways are keying and a matte, and there's still some flickery stuff. Bane of my existence. Had to do it, though.

10:43 - yay. I have to say, the mix is AWESOME right there. The song just takes off right there, and they cut to the part where the instrumentation is nice and layered; it's awesome. I think that's why the whole thing works.

And you totally faked me out, I'm not even kidding. :P

That was cool, thank you.

Good work people.. My favourites are the Arjuna/Animatrix track and Sarah's Utena piece. Also Janzki and Lucas didn't let me down with their tracks ^.^b

If I have to nitpick about something then it's the transitions between tracks.. some lack imagination and the one that changes 5555 to FLCL just simply does not work that way.

TriGGit's track is the best in my opinion, with Undertow not far behind. I'm really glad i was able to participate in this 'different' multi editor project :)

Hm ... nice flowing video just relaxing mood and good editing overall :). The only thing that bothered me was the visual quality ... but who really cares about that ? (I don't really).

(copied from multi-editor section)

The local will be 640X480 and I'll try and find a better audio
codec. As for why I keep it 720x480 is I was making it for anime boston
for con projectors and when I did the xvid encode I forget about maxium
size etc. Also, I'll see what I can do about the credits maybe photoshop.
However, if someone wants to remaster it themselves I still have the bigrem
file and a freash copy of the audio lying around Smile

So I goto to redo the credits... figuring I'll overal the credits over the
old ones and use stroke. Guess what? 6.0 Adobe Prem. dosn't have stroke.
So, the only way to redo it is from scratch and do the titles in photoshop.
I have so many things going to right now in my life I just can't do that right now. Sorry for the promise unkept , just i can't deal with that right now.
As, for the local verison working on finding the best settings still will be up
probally by friday, sorry about the wait for all you non-p2p people. Just
trying to find a format that won't look like ass at a smaller file size.

I could see what I can do with it if you want.
