Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

how the hell can you screw up an audio edit in which every song has almost the same rythm, sound and structure?
anyway, the video didn't live up to any expectation as well.
screwy, boring editing with cheesy effects and cliché patterns throughout the whole thing.

Is this one of those joke MEPs that are meant to be bad or were you guys treating this seriously and just fucked up this badly? I've seen 70 year old white guys with walkers dancing to this music at a wedding who showed more style than this video did.

Meh kinda expected it to be a lot better :S. Zero Link's, Arashinome's, and DCG's track were my faves though. Other tracks were just awkward like the HNI track (y make Ippo look like an asshole too?.......), the FMP track, and the Akira track. Those could've been better. Overall it was an alright MEP =/ 3/5

The truth is the only one I really started getting into was Zero Link's O.o and I became sad when it ended.

My biggest complaint.

Not only was the music all so damn similar, but the mix was ridiculously obvious in its cuts, entirely eliminating any sense of flow or cohesion between any of the tracks. I don't even know how you can manage to run both ends of the spectrum like that... :?

The best comment on the entire MEP right here.

No but seriously this project was pretty poorly planned on my part. I also should have probably used an audio editing program to make the mix or had someone else do it but then it wouldn't have been how I wanted it. I thoroughly enjoy the MEP and it turned out as good as I believe it ever could considering the medium I used. As we all know though the captain goes down with his ship.
