Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Machinae Supremacy ftw. ;)

Anyway a very original and well executed video. You have gained my respect with this one.

Nice job! I don't know why but get this chill/tingly feeling in my body from watching this, probably because of the music, scene selection and timing. I give it 4/5.

OK, I've watched over this a few times and I keep getting this. : )

I guess it's better than what I'm making it out to be. I wanted to give it 5/5 but there is a blocky issue with some of the quality.. it looks nice a lot of the time but in different areas I notice things get blocky sometimes. But this vid is like.. too good. So I'll give it a 5/5.

Apologies, I suck at encoding ;) I might haul myself through a h264/mp4 crash course and get a HQ copy out though.

Some of the source *is* pretty poor and the diffuse blur effect sometimes throws some grain in there, but certainly the difference in the lossless version is obvious. I'll see what I can do

Some awesome feedback so far o.o

You did an outstanding job with compression IMO. I think it's fine for how it is.. that's one thing to love about this video.. the quality of it is great for it's length and file size. Awesome job there. : ) I don't think you have to worry about making it mp4.. maybe as an alternative download. But this one as is I consider to be real nice. If you do get a better quality version up though I'll be sure to download it! ^__^

Using that I can get really nice results from my lossless outputs, both good-looking and small filesize. Fiddle with it a bit.
