Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Ok, you made me have to drag the video over to my bigger screen to see this (I had watched it on my laptop). You're right, it is possible to tell that it's the same scene. Well played indeed. I love easter eggs.

Phew, yeah, if everyone could spoilerfy their comments that might be better...but that would be one weird thread (but this is a weird AMV, so maybe it would be quite fitting). ^_^

Actually it's "Back! Git!! Shoo!" but I'm glad someone read it. I tried to make it much smaller so it looked more natural, but it had to be that big to be readable and properly aligned.

You know, I’ve only willingly watched one or two MOHS AMVs, mostly because I have this fear that they’re all the same. I like the series, but in an AMV? The only reason I used MOHS is because it let me present this scenario, although it did not turn out much like I originally planned (which is why I almost ditched this AMV entirely until kind, supportive, bloodthirsty beta testers convinced me otherwise). As for the script, most of my heavy-duty tinkering with the footage was done in Premiere. I’m still not perfectly happy with my color/level adjustments, but it looks a heck of a lot more uniform that it does naturally. I cursed the overly-ambitious animators of this series a LOT over the past few months - with all their fancy lighting effects, costume changes and whatnot. They made a lot of things quite tedious for me. Bad animators, BAD!!

As my beta testers may be able to confirm, I was going bonkers trying to make this go smoothly from Point A to Point B. I suspect people unfamiliar with this series would have a hard time comprehending a) what’s going on or b) why it’s supposed to be amusing.

Scary? That is a tamed-down picture. The one I made originally had a bloody smiley face on the carton, but I backed off because I tend to get a little too carried away with my announcement posters. ^_^ Glad it worked out for you, though.

Cool, glad it shows up! I knew it theoretically could because when I was corner pinning the video I was working at about 400X in AE, at which magnification I could see the scene playing as it should, but I had no idea what it would look like on a large screen.
I can’t believe my Internet connection didn’t go down on my while I was writing all this. Phew!!

Well, in the scene immediatly after the chat you see the girl running in front of the guy as if she's running away from him and then after that the roles are reversed. Do you get what I mean, or is there a reason why this is done which I can't see or get at the moment? (I would've expect she chasing him, then she catches him which results into her dragging him through the hall)

Mmm, since I ran across this I'll just go ahead and say it. When she's running in front of him, she's dragging him along by the necktie. (I can even tell you it's from episode 1. )
