I liked it but I don't think I'll rewatch it mainly due to the anime nature and the "wtf is going on" factor.
Yeah,I still haven't watched Kara No Kyoukai...
Thanks fms! Yeah i understand!

BurningLeaves wrote:First bit of it just didn't grab me but around 1:50 I think you really changed it up, your editing seemed to get much much better when the music picked up. Overall I really really liked this, Beginning seems a bit off but the latter part was really awesomely done. You made this anime look great and you made these two sources work perfectly together.
Hmm it ends at 1:50 ^^ haha, do you mean 00:50?
Fizziks wrote:Good work! The scene selection and syncing/pacing in this video were great, especially considering you did this in 6 hours.
Thanks fizziks! Always nice to get a comment from you! :D
Nira1992 wrote:While I'd say the original video from Akross is better overall, I personally prefer this one because you've made much better use of the beauty already present in the anime. The effects all serve to make the images even more pretty. I also LOVE the song. :D Good job! Especially for the time it took to make it.
I need to buy this anime and make a video before it's officially overused. :?
I have to disagree, i dont like the Akross vid at all, as i think it was bad edited, to much crossfades and way to much chroma keying were the layers were everwhere...
Yeah the song fits this anime perfectly! Glad you liked it!

I forgot to comment this. I liked it overall. I think the flow in yours is better than the across one, though the across one is longer. but I liked both versions. there a bit hard to compare because they are edited with completely different visions in mind.

I prefer the AKROSS one since the pace was faster and the ending was very dramatic and had soul to it. But I also dug the interpretation of this AMV and it was nice and fluid with the effect at 1:02, the zombie scene from movie 4 was executed well, very cool @ 1:32  All in all 2 very different interpretation fo the same music and this one mainly focusses on movie 4 whereas the other one movie 3 so its stand alone enough for me.

M, pretty! Awesome footage nonwithstanding, I really enjoyed some of the internal sync and motion in this one. Smoothly done, good light viewing. I keeps it
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Okay, so I finally got my hands on both videos. I grabbed both so I can compare the two.

Anyways, I came to the conclusion that both videos were [HORRIBLE].
One for its overuse of the chroma keyer and the other for its Shitty (Half-assed) Editing.
If you can distinguish the two just by what I described above, then you know I am correct.
Also your attempt to make a video better than the original failed. As Gaurry_no_blond pointed
out, this video actually turned out worse than the original.
