The idea of this video making people want to quit is just plain stupid. So what if there's people who can make better videos than you? You're really supposed to be making these for expression in my opinion, not to just be able to "rival" other editors with your creativity. I'm marvelled and blown away by Koop's video, but that sure as hell doesn't mean that I'm insignificant in terms of editing. I'm still gonna edit, because it's something I love doing.

And this video is full of artisticism. Even euphoricism. Truly wondrous, Koop... and a brilliant way to end it. Congrats.

Heh, no video can turn me away from making amv's. Though I'm mildly educated in creating so many effects (and I lack the needed patience to make 'em, and HD space...and..well I have a way to go) I would like to pull of something as visualisticly taunting as such. For now, I'll stick the ol' school editing.

If anything, this vid pushes me to make more. I REALLY want to know how the hell he did some of those effects. What program, etc, because I'd like to do them to. No easy task, to be sure, but this video gives all us AMVers something to aspire to, IMHO.

But there was an artistic factor..and plenty of lyric sync, don't let the effects distract you. As for an over all message, it seems a bit vague.

It's not easy to do a effects vid and be able to show any meaning to it, as the effects tend to cover it all up. I haven't seen the anime so I can't really say how well the content is shown in releation to the anime, but its there :P It does have some lyric sync but really, do vids need them o_O The overall theme is dreaming, and that more or less comes across.

We all know the real content of koops vids is a girl going :O
I will call that as koops trademark shot from now on.

Maybe that was the biggest factor.....I didn;t see anythign because I was too busy saying....

"OOOOOO!!!! Look at all the pretty colors."

Don;t worry, I have rewatched the video several times now and will write a fair review for it
