XD glad u like it, i was afraid it would phail at that part since it gave me the most trouble coming up with the idea but it seems i succeded doing something good there :p

I liked a number of effects you used such as the color tones and character outlines. I even liked how the ending credits are mixed into video.

I seem to have a problem with some scenes you show, namely a couple of the mutilation clips. Being an animation, it makes the characters look too much like dolls so the horror factor is non-existant for me - it actually makes me laugh. Does that mean I'm de-sensitized by (cartoon) violence?

Beyond that, I don't see any real problems with it. The video is painstakenly edited, your timing is good and everything flows evenly. Oh, and your poster ROCKS!!

As for violence and boobs,it was a bit violent but I consider it idiotic to be removed from local download because of the classic bloody scenes that every Elfen Lied amv has...

Glad u liked man ;D i planned on sending u the final beta but u werent online then :/ aye i used a new method of GUI profile that worked great tho it took abort 2 hours before the encoding was completed but it was worth it i guess :p well ofc u are in the poster XD since u helped coming up some great ideas for the vid. Anyway im really glad u liked it and about the Shiori vid il try working with it asap after i got hold of the dvd versions.

Oh well on to the video, the synch was good, but I just felt that in some parts it was off and in some parts you synch was kind of.... incomplete? , especially in the fast guitar beats when you use a quick change of scenes on the BG, you should have synched all or none of them lol. The editing was cool, I liked the manipulations you made on the footage. Also the ending was just awesome . The bad thing?, this still not convince me to watch the anime XD, but thats my personal opinion really. The song was cool too and it worked pretty well with what you showed in the vid

4/5, if you ask me, you improved A LOT compared to your last AMV

Elfen Lied is pretty much of violence on it and i as too a bit uncertain wathing it the first time but since it got a good score and my friend recommendation i took my chance. After seeing 2eps it seemed very interesting so it didnt stopped me on looking further. In the end I LOVED IT, such a great drama.. and romance was involved aswell that suprised me. So it wasnt so bad

maybe when u take a look at the first eps but u will get over it later.

U know me... im not really good yet when it comes on syncing but i tried my best this time :O As for the fast guitar beats, i could agree having a better syncing there. I simply didnt pay enough attention on that part :/

I like most the parts with the noise. They fitted most.

Apparently i had some problem when having the video itself, it doesnt download at all so i tried the rar way and it worked :/ yeah its freaking weird but il change it later when i got the new server fixed.

Very shmexy video, Niwa. I really like a lot of the changes you made from the last beta (like that hawt ending) to the final version, and this vid shows off how much you're improving as an editor. Great stuff indeed.

It's a compressed archive. Get a program like WinRAR or WinAce that can extract files from RAR archives.

Great video, it gave me chills. It sets the mood really well with pretty good scene selection all around. Some of the sync seemed a little off to me, but nothing big.

No seriously I really like this video, especially how you included the outro in the video.

As some already said the sync semmed a bit off at some points, but great video nontheless.

You succeded in fixing most of the syncing problems, but there were some mistakes left in it.
I loved the atmosphere, the grain effects looked nice, the whole video quality was good. I like the editing style, and the scene selection was also okay.
The ending was great too

That was probably one of the best Elfien leid videos Ive seen in a LOOONG time.
You concentrated mostly on what I particularly liked about the series, the story and drama more so than the blood gore and violence. You really impressed me with this one, nice and fitting effects that used more for the mood than to just look awesome, good editing synch, Awesome drama directing... really top notch job. Nice mp4 encode also.

might go into more detail in an op if I notice anything else constructive after the initial wow factor wears off ;p so for now:

5 stars.

A refreshing Elfien leid video that actually has a good story, not just bloody violence. Thank you. *throws in Amv collection*
