hmm this was nice and polished. Good use of effects (I especially enjoyed the close-up eye effect--that was really cool), but It's not my type of amv. In many parts, I felt like I was watching more effects than anime. I liked that it wasn't just another mindless killing amv. Good work, keep it up!

I really appreciate everyone's interest in the video and how well constructed the criticism has been so far. It's very helpful to have such detailed thoughts on the video. All of your points, both good and bad, are well voiced and taken to heart with me. All the comments are helping gauge people's reactions to the vid and it helps me continue to hone my editing style. I watched this AMV last night and then I went to watch Resident Evil: Extinction, and sometime during the movie, there was a scene that made me chuckle a bit.

Definitely awesome video, even though I couldn't get into the song, either.
