Finally saw it.
I think my biggest issue had to do with the song. There's just too much damn snare. You did a more than acceptable job coping with it, but it was irritatingly loud and dominant the whole way through. As such, when you stopped synching to it it was immediately noticable. It's a good vid for sure, but doesn't really do much for me.

Hm, well I still synced the snare if you mean the fade parts. Basically I timed the start and end of every fade on the snare in those parts. I have to admit though that I had quite some trouble to think of an acurate way to sync the snare since simple cuts all troughout the video would've been a bit to boring.
