Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

You people make me want to start a sick and twisted MEP that can't be hosted on the .org. I mean, we DO have places to host this kind of stuff now (I love shameless plugs, dont you?)godix wrote:Actually we *COULD* have done worse except during most of the MEP I was planning on hosting on the org which limited the options some.

Actually, seriously speaking, it'd be somewhat hard to come up with something original that violates the org policies. AMV Hell 0 already covered almost any sexual wrongness you can think of. I'm not aware of any ultra-violent AMV hell like project but I have seen a fair number of ultra-violent videos. Enough that it takes more than seeing someones intestines being ripped out to make me go 'that was just wrong'. The org doesn't seem to mind if you're crude and rude as long as it isn't frontal nudity or ultra violent, for example I'm almost positive DTSEM would be acceptable locally despite the Bon Jovi and Tom Petty segements (I'm not putting it on the org for totally different reasons).ngsilver wrote:You people make me want to start a sick and twisted MEP that can't be hosted on the .org. The only other major rule left that hasn't been well mined is insulting other users. There's been a few efforts towards that but not many. A MEP of this would quickly go from 'offending' to 'likely to get your fucking ass kicked' though.

That is quite true. I'm not sure I'm such a horrible /b/tard that I'd even want to front up that kind of a project. I know a few people who wouldn't give a damn about that however.godix wrote:The only other major rule left that hasn't been well mined is insulting other users. Wether or not I actually do a MEP anything like this one I don't know. Would it be anytime in the near future? Hell no!
