  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Awesome video, really enjoyed it at the con. When the video first started playing, I thought it was going to be a cheesefest, but you executed your concept really well. Great job.

Hmph, and I was just about to post saying that this was the best damn use of a story that I have ever seen in an AMV. But, maybe I was imagining it :p

People are probably going to take me for a dumbass or ignorant here but this video didn't do much for me. I was so bored I had to force myself into watching the whole stuff.

Its definitely not a video i can get into, because im not into that kind of anime nor am i a fan of rocky, so i had a hard time getting through the whole thing. However, i can tell you did a very good job on it, even if it isnt my cup of tea.

It's all good. Thanks for being honest since I knew it wasn't going to be everyone's cup of tea.

Truly the first Rocky movie is a moral for our times and lives. The story of a man determined to take the world by storm. Fighting to overcome long odds. Spends large amounts of time devoted to his craft. Looking for validation and adoration from others. And in the end, when it all comes down to the line, he isn't afraid to stand up and give it his best. But it doesn't matter because he gets his fucking ass whipped and realizes that for all his effort he's just a pathetic twit with no talent at all. Despite winning best of show I think the comparison to your video fits rather well.

You never cease to amaze me with your inspiring crossovers. :D :D

Rocky with Ippo - I have thought about this combo when I first watched Ippo but I never imagined something like the video I saw. It's really a masterpiece just for the inspiration. As for the execution, well it's again top notch.

Great video, not something I'm going to watch often, but still great.
