I'd say ROStrogen had a catchier song. Not that this wasn't in my head for a good portion of ACen. Good job men.

Re: Don't be flaccid at the critical juncture!
He pretty much said the same thing to me. One day on AIM it was "hai we're doing a guys MEP, wanna join? Just some random pointless fun".Corran wrote:RE: Source Selection
Jay (paraphrased): Hey, since the ladies are making an all-girls MEP lets make a quick, male-oriented, action video. I already have the song picked out. When you are selecting your source try to pick an anime focusing on male character(s) that has silly action.
I think it's kinda annoying people saying "you needed to put in more effort". Nobody in this MEP just slapped something together at the last minute. But neither did we treat it as a "ZOMG THIS VIDEO HAS TO BE AWESOME". The whole concept of this video wasn't necessarily to make a good video, but to rather have some fun editing (in case some of you have forgotten, most people generally get into AMV editing for the fun of the editing, not to make the next Euphoria). I had a great time editing my video and playing around with different sources until I settled on something. I went completely overboard in AE initally to make it all crazy looking, but then toned it down majorly to a few little things. I had a fucking fantastic time editing this and I think it can be said for the rest of the guys also.
Also I can understand people's concept about the whole flow thing. I can't speak for anyone else but I know I didn't talk to any of the guys about what they were doing with their track, so my track was just that: my track, I didn't even think about flow because I just wanted to do something neat. I didn't want to think too much about someone else's track and end up altering my editing or source to align with theirs.
This was about pure random fun. I had it. I heard people who watched it at Acen had it. This makes me happy. I wouldn't change mine or anybody else's track in the slightest because it would defeat the whole purpose.
And this is all I will say about this.
