Re: Minimalistique
I really enjoyed this. At first I didn't like the weird textures on the video, but it really grew on me and I ended up loving it in the end. The atmosphere was particularly my favorite part. The tension and drama between the characters was so apparent. Good scene selection made for that, as well as good choice of song. And in the end, it made for a great romance amv as well

Loved the 3D! Same thing I didn't really like the texture effect at first either but I liked how you made it move afterwards that was pretty cool, great stuff!

Re: Minimalistique
Didn't feel the "emotion" of the video until a while in. Partially because I felt the texture weakened the effect. You kind of get used to it but still...

Re: Minimalistique
Pros:
Editing and feel
KimiKiss's better part
Cons:
Weird texture (do you realize that you killed THE best animated scene in KimiKiss with this?) - it just didn't work, sorry. Could've been the same, if not better, without it and it wasn't the least "artistic" - be it the aim or not, it looks like a cheap try to be.
3D - the intro was fine, the credits just broke the flow. A lot.
60fps - there's no point in making 60fps for slow paced music video
Btw - what's your source? I know KimiKiss aired as HDTV but I couldn't find those HDTV raws anywhere and I can't check your HD release (because of 60fps, can't play that)

Re: Minimalistique
Thanks all, for comments
Yeah texture maybe looks bad, but I like that style.

60fps only in 3D parts (intro & titles) anime part in 30fps. I make variable frame rate.Nya-chan Production wrote:60fps - there's no point in making 60fps for slow paced music video)
