Watch this on FULL SCREEN, the bigger the better. To see the "3D" you need a pair of traditional red/cyan glasses. However the video looks OK without them as only objects out of focus have depth (like in real life).

Guys, you shouldn't compare MMD with this one. In MMD there're ready for animation models, this one was done from scratch. And if you do compare, make it at least a worthy MMD vid.

This one really doesn't look good without glasses. You shoud have made two versions, anagliph and normal. Your modeling is good, but work on hair/cloth physics and animation in general. Make sure Miku's hands and feet don't "slide" on the floor when they shouldn't, for example. Learn to handle a camera more... artistically. Watch "Dead fantasy" as a good staging reference. After that, you'd probably be great.

Only reason I brought up the Miku dance videos (and yes I know that Bad Apple is superior. Obviously a shit ton more superior with Russian subtitles on it But Miku is the source of this video) was because: If you're going to make something from scratch. Awesome for you. However, if there are already pre-existing articles (even done with premade animation models) I'd imagine you would try to step it up a notch to at least try to be on par with the models. I mean, if you're going to put in the effort to make a 3D dancing Miku video, why not go all the way to at least be on par with what is all over the net? I'd accept this video as a beta when it could be turned into an excellent finished video.

But I'm sorry. I'll just keep my opinion to myself next time. Not like those things are actually welcome on these types of places.
