Naota Story
Some strange things are happening to Naota after a woman on a vespa hits him in the head with her bass guitar, kick starting that awkward phase between childhood and adulthood, adolescence(basically he's going through puberty, lol)
I was listening to the Toy Story soundtrack and during this song I thought about FLCL and it seemed to fit aside from one other verse in the song which I edited out. The rest can be interpreted to fit Naota's situation to some extent, lol, I mean the lyrics aren't a perfect fit but I think it gets the point across. It's not the most original idea ever, but this was mostly just meant to be for fun and I think the video came out pretty well. I haven't released anything in 5 years and as soon as I came up with something I felt I could finish I went ahead and made it happen.
Anyways, hope you all like it, opinions are greatly appreciated. Enjoy!

Re: Naota Story
I had to read that name twice to let is set in. Yes. Tsukin made an AMV.
Fun, easy to follow, good music, good transitions, and good step-wise sync.
Seriously this is why you are still one of my favourite editors.

Oh how I love this comeback
What I liked most about this is how clean it was edited. While there's almost always something to nitpick on most videos, this was absolutely perfect for what it wanted to portray. It was absolutely enjoyable from start to finish!
Great Job!

Damn, the Maya sure knew.
/grabs
EDIT: I actually sort of nostalgia'd when I recalled the song (the music in the Italian movie was kept identical, albeit the lyrics were translated, so I recognized it)...
I was pretty huge on Toy Story back when I was a kid, amusing to see the lyrics fit so well to FLCL.
