I like Made in Abyss a lot, so nice to see an AMV about it. I'm not really sold on the song choice, unfortunately. It's pretty monotonous in the middle, which as an editor I find makes it tough to latch edits onto. The song seems sort of designed to make you zone out in a contemplative trance - that's not bad for music, but for an AMV where you want your audience's attention for the entire video I think it's not great.

Otherwise, it's pretty good. I liked the spooky drum roll where you use some of the more violent scenes. One of the reasons I like MiA so much is that underneath the cuteness, there's a pretty savage undercurrent. I like seeing amvs about MiA should try to address this juxtaposition.

This video is sweet and sincere and simple and I like that a lot, to the degree that I actually forgot that there were any horror or gore scenes in it at all (rewatching it a third or fourth time since you uploaded it, I finally see them at the 0:50 part and the brief sequence at 2:12). Your editing continues to impress on a technical level, your AMVs look cleaner and smoother and that approach certainly fits this song. I wish I was feeling this song because I think it's holding me back from enjoying the AMV more than I do. Not sure if this is really an instrumental song, I hear lots of lyrics in it!

Favorite moments: the sun rising synced to the guitar at 1:16, the goodbye scene at 1:56 feels especially poignant, the last 25 seconds are a really nice conclusion to this.
