Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Eck, and I was wondering whether school was the only reason you weren't online much lately

I like the focus on mood sync, and I can definitely see good things coming of you if you capitalize on it. There visual/music choice was definitely interesting, and there was a certain degree of flow to the scenes.

Editing sync proper can probably be improved in a lot of places, and WMV apparently hates me (the image is stretched vertically, though it may just be me and my stupid codec). Do try the .avi compression varieties next time though, they will look better if configured properly (and save me/my player some headache :P )

Looking forward to whatever you plan next; for a first experiment, this is interesting enough.

^_^

avi's dislike me....I tryed messing with it, but the quality came out badly. But I'm sure I'll figure it out for my next endeavour...>.>

Though the file did end up as centered on the screen for some reason when I had to export it as a wmv.

hmmm

Good work! It went beyond my expectations for your first vid. :P I think Otohiko pretty much summed up my thoughts on the syncing and flow, I hope to see more from you in the future.

It does that for me too, though otherwise I like it. I just have to play it in winamp, which lets me play around with the aspect ratio. ^_^
Usually it doesn't do that, so it's not WMV files in general...

Gah, the title of the song made me think of Xenosaga. One of the characters (Jr) has an attack called moonlight serenade. Then I recognized the song. :D

Wow, almost total silence from me recently, huh? As compared to usual, anyways.

Onward! and suchlike motivational stuffs.

I promised I'll be back in December. As to whether that's good or bad, you decide.

Actually damn good for a first video. Classical music isn't very easy to tackle, either, but you made it work. Dark and moody, and the action was fitting but not overly "packed." I mean there weren't a whole lot of clip changes and flashes, but the action still worked for action. And there was enough to keep me interested. It's also nice to see a darker Inuyasha video.

Keep it up, and I'll look forward to your next vids. :P

Now that I've watched it...I say it's pretty smooth for a first video.

There's a little stretching that makes the people in it look more ectomorphic than they would be, but the capture quality is damn good for .wmv.

Again, congratulations.

Heh, heh, I gotta make myself an AMV one of these days....

OMG Doublepost! :o
