You seem to suffer from a common problem of knowing a few advanced techniques, but your basics are screwed up. Firstly, elmimate ALL subtitles. Use a cropping tool. Secondly, either use higher-quality eps or encode it in a better quality. Don't use audio + video from the same anime, it's just not something you should do unless you can pull off something special. To be honest, you stuck with each scene for too long. I fail to see how you could do any sort of syncing with this song.

As for the video it self, hummm, i dont mind if the AMV has more MB too see a good quality image and music. Subtitle sucks on AMV

Thank you for the constructive comments.
For the subtitles I have some difficulties to try to remove them so I doesn't feel enough confident to play with that.In the others hand some people told me that doesn't bother.For exemple it is fun when I show it to somebody who doesn't know the serie and can "follow" a little bite the story...lol anyway just the two cents of my friends X-D

for the quality,well of course it is bad! But now I'm now doing my third AMV will be OK! I fix the problem

For keep the scenes for to long...Well when you have a "slow song" I find it hard to change often scenes.I thought that slide very well with the scenes.

And I'am not a profesionnal and I doesn't want to be X-D
I just made them for fun lol. I have no intentions to participate to any kind of contests.
