Neon Heartbeats - Cardiac refinement (Neon Genesis)

Basically, this is a remake of my favourite AMV. I have upgraded the quality, but I have also added in a load of new scenes, removed a lot, resuffled etc. Therefore I think this qualifies as a new video, though it uses the same anime and soundtrack. In any case, opinions on it would be much appreciated.

Anime: Neon Genesis Evangelion; End of Eva, Death and Rebirth
Music: 28 Days later O.S.T. - In the house/In a heartbeat

Well, I hope you enjoy it.
Despite it all, probably the thing I regret not doing before I left the most is shooting more people. It really left a tang in my mouth...

How did I manage to overlook this. Considering it uses my favorite track from the 28 Days Later score.

Okay seriously, I can't watch your video.

Between the resolution which NEEDS to be scaled down anyways, and the bitrate which according to ffdshow is pushing 124,416 kbps (dunno if it was reading it accurately, but damn, dvd's don't even use that much), I can't playback your video. It just chews out a slow choppy result that is unwatchable.

Whoever from what I could see it looks to be a decent video.

Hmmm...
*checks video in alarm*
Eep. Sorry, I have no idea what happened there. It's fine for me... :(
Good old Movie Maker has screwed me over once more. I got my reading at 1,128 kbps, which is confizzling. Anyway, really sorry about that. And i thought I had improved the quality...

Don't worry abou tthe bitrate, I figured that ffdshow wasn't reading it right, cause I don't think there's any lossy codecs that even allow bitrate that high. It's just the big resolution, people with slower machines have a hard time playing back wmv files with the picture that large.

im not having probs with the video playback... tough... audio is beeing a bitch... other then that i didnt like it that much... id personaly use the source differant even if it was in wmm... beginning and end seemed a little random and the fight scenes seemed so i dont know predicteble? and i know its hard to time in wmm but please try so next time this song offers a great deal of timing points and by my opinion you might have hit like 2 or 3 of lets say 100 critical points correct...

Quick check before I download this: did you remake your own video, or did you remake someone else's? That's going to have a pretty serious effect on your scoring.

I did indeed remake my own video. *wrong answer*

Err...howso were the fight scenes predictable? Have you perchance seen the anime in question? That may just explain it.

no i have not seen it but it just seems like its like a shot thats in almost every eva video... it dosnt seem original and its like you know it already was this way in the anime itself... id regament you try not going for fight scenes in total next time... try using fightscenes trough eachother not direct behind eachother...
