Charmed (Yami no Matsuie/ Oomph! - Augen Auf)

Post by Darius GQ » Mon Nov 28, 2005 11:27 pm

Finally!!!!!!! I made it.... My new video!!!!
This is my last creation. I've put all of my talent, knowledge and possibilities at the current moment in it, and what is more important I've put my soul in it . It took me almost 5 months to make it and finally it's done! I'm so relieved!
The main idea of this AMV is the fight with some evil being, who breaks in our harmonic world and leads it to the destruction. But this Devil itself doesn't use common methods, he doesn't do anything himself, he chooses a person, which becomes a puppet in His game. Can anyone battle Him?..

Hehe, good you decided to put it up onto the .org but I'd suggest to add a direct link since Akross is much faster than the .org. About the video itself I must say it's really quite enjoyable since you put in some nice effects and a good storyline. Some might think it's not interesting since it's Shonen Ai but I really like it, altought the Song get's on my nerves since the band's too popular over here in their homeland. But nontheless I recommend everyone to at least take a look at this.

This was...a VERY interesting video...so much that I had a difficult time formulating a commentary on it.

Believe me, for your sake, that's a huge compliment. It means you left me speechless.

This video was...definitely not what I was expecting. I thought it would be some random Yami no Matsuei action video, but you really told a great story to go along with the powerful action sequences. That was another thing. Here in the US, I haven't heard of that band (or that song), so it was all new to me. That style of editing combined with the song you used just made your video...very powerful. I felt drawn into the imagery, and that was a pretty cool thing for me.

My only complaints would be the excessively long intro and the almost constant blurring effect you used.

Other than those, though...this is really a superb video. I've been waiting a long time for another good (and serious) YnM video. This will surely go down on my list of good videos to remember, if not in my permanent collection eventually.

Kickass job. ^_^

Awesome editing, even if I haven't watched the series at all.

Ooh, I like it!

I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to YnM videos, but I especially enjoyed this because it's so different from the rest. I love how this is upbeat and angsty at the same time ^.^

I'll be putting this on my favorites list as well as my next music video DVD
