My latest video.
The song is just so heart-wrenching on its own, I hope I did it justice with my use of Eva clips.
"Hallelujah" by Rufus Wainwright.

Ok, I love this song so I took a look despite strong reservations about the anime. It turns out my reservations were correct. Despite using the word Hallelujah repeated the song is not religious. Despite using christian imagery repeatedly the anime isn't really religious. Putting a song about relationships to an anime about a boys coming of age and facing his inner demons doesn't fit. Even if they both use religious images. When you were forced to try and match lyrics about sex to the anime character most likely to die a virgin it should have given you a hint this match doesn't work.
Although, now that I think about it, if you really pushed the religious imagery angle as far as you could then matching Eva and Spirit In the Sky would make a really funny video. Just imagine the infamous scene of Eva 02 getting disemboweled to the lyrics 'When I lay me down to die Goin' up to the spirit in the sky'. Plus just picture the hilarity of matching Gendo to any lyrics about Jesus. Man, I gotta write this idea down. Thanks.
Nevermind, I digress. My original point was that the video wasn't that good because the anime/song didn't work together.

KioAtWork: I'm so bored. I don't have class again for another half hour.
Minion: masturbate into someones desk and giggle about it for the remaining 28 minutes
