Uhm, wow. This is going to hurt, so brace for impact.
Before I even get started on the editing issues, I'll start with the technical issues.
First, this was made from fansubs. It's pretty obvious, especially since the very first frame of video contains fansub credits. There's no reason for that, not when Scryed is readily available in this country (no, don't try the "I'm not in America" defense, I can tell you are, and I even know state). I have all of Scryed, and the DVDs are pretty nice, with all the clean OPs on them. Which you could have used, since some of your clips have Japanese subs in them. So, video quality:
Second, why the fark is this video at 352 by 288? There's not a single reason for that, good or otherwise, especially when the file is over sixty meg in size and compressed with XviD. It simply doesn't make sense. If you couldn't get it small enough, it's your screw-up, and it ties into my next point. Low resolution:
Third, PCM audio. Why? Nothing more, just... why? There's absolutely no reason for it. It wastes an incredible amount of space. A quick test on my end reveals that by actually compressing the audio I got a file ~54% smaller than the one you uploaded. Just by compressing the audio, not even touching the video. This is at a higher bitrate than required, no less. So, audio compression:
Fourth, I don't know what you did to the video, but Scryed should be in a 4:3 aspect ratio. You've got it in some mutant AR that's roughly 11:9. It makes no sense, and it looks horrible. Horrible mutant AR:
Now, the actual video itself, and by extension, your editing.
When I first opened the video and saw fansub credits, I knew that was unlikely to be pretty. Sometimes, I hate being right. I'll start from the top.
Lip synch does not consist of words juxtaposed with a moving mouth. You actually have to make them match. Not six seconds in, and you've already screwed that up. You never really do manage to get it right. Poor lip-synch:
Immediately following that, subs. For the love of ghod, subs. If you're going to use fansubs and horribly abuse the video, at least crop out the subs. Subs:
Now, a more general comment on synch. A song like this calls for very tight synchronization. You're almost entirely failed to deliver that. The pace of your editing ought to match the pace of the audio, unless you purposely don't want them to. Unfortunately, the few spots where you do manage fairly tight synch (such as around 0:18) only serve to highlight the lack of synch in the rest of the video, such as at 0:25, where the music really kicks in and you immediately ignore it for some slow cuts. Poor synch:
I won't bother with a cut-by-cut analysis, it would just drive me nuts. Suffice to say, you missed more cuts than I care to count, and had more than a few significantly late cuts. Bad editing:
So I'll recap. There hasn't been a single bright spot thus far in this train wreck of a video, and I can't bring myself to watch it a second time. There is only one bright spot: you seem to have a vague grasp of what timing is. Work on that. A lot. You need it. Work on the technical details, such as compression, quality, resolution, AR, etc. Oh, and for the love of all that's good and synchronized, get some DVDs.
Also, it helps if you have a solid concept. Random action can work, but only if extremely well executed. A solid concept can shine through even with mediocre execution.
Verdict: 0.5/5, only saved from a zero by hitting a few spots right. A very few.

i understand the subs part but my dvd doesnt have creditless ops or eds yes it is downloaded footage... but my dvd drive wont read my discs... the reason for the size is i thought it would be better quality and besides it is my first submitted video..and i didnt lip sync every single word i did tho match the voice with the "mouth movement" where i did lipsync it..the amount of subs that was here was less than 20 seconds worth.

There's a handy little guide that deals with the removal of subtitles. If you're not inclined to do that... Then there should be (if you're lucky) an extra feature on your DVD's that has a creditless opening. As for your DVD drive, I'd splurge on a new one if you're so inclined. If this was indeed your first AMV, then you did relativly ok.

Actualy Kalium these are my reasons for what i did,il start off with
#1only the opening "small" seqences had japanese subs 'i have standard not the 100$ Dvd ver.the "subbed' clip were only at the very begining up to about 25 to 30 secs into it
#2 i could of used 320X240 and would have been an even lower res than what u saw aka 352 x 288 is a "higher" res and 320 x 240
#3what do u mean by pcm? the audio format i used was WMA.
#4 AR was at 4:3 cuz well.. my program i used doesnt have 11:9 AR
#5 the mouth movement was synced with audio voice as far as i know not 6 seconds later and i didnt think of making all the video clips in it really fast,i also had limited disc space
#6 it wasnt Fansubs
#7this is my first video completed and released AMV i tried and i like what i accomplised
#8 yes chrono you are right i do need a better Dvd drive il probly be gettin 1... b4 next year starts

1) That may or may not be. I'm not really inclined to check. Regardless, there were subs, and that's very bad form.
2) Had you had decent quality footage to start with, you could have done 640 by 480. I bought all of Scryed for under $100 from Best Buy, without any kind of sale involved. That's not overly expensive for twenty-six episodes. If you're not willing to invest a little, then you should put in the time to disguise it. Regardless, with the AR all FUBAR, it looks bad no matter the res.
3) No, it's PCM. Even the Org agrees with me. That means it's completely uncompressed. Your source audio may have been WMA, but the audio stream in the video most certainly is not.
4) 352 by 288 is not 4:3. Do the math. The numbers work out to 11:9.
5) I didn't claim you were six seconds late. I claimed you had bad lip synch six seconds into the video, meaning the first time you tried it. Read the guide on the subject. Furthermore, lip synch can be done with stills, so "I have limited space" is no excuse. There are ways around that, provided you are willing to make the effort. A lot of other people have.
6) What, they were straight-out pirated episodes? That's even worse.
7) That's nice. At least someone does.
8) A new DVD drive costs right around $10-$15. That's pocket change.
