Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

What's the point of using that format then?

I've spent way too much time trying to get this damn video to work in the first place. I will not spend anymore time re-encoding another version. If thats something you don't like, well, I'm sorry, you'll just have to avoid the video.

Well, I'm downloading it for your OP exchange...with my connection it's going to take awhile with 93 megs.

Still, if you can't figure out MP4, why do you feel obligated to use it? There's nothing wrong with an Xvid/DivX encode.

Probably because after hearing all the comments about not having an MP4 version with previous videos, I just want people to not complain. I know to configure an MP4, I just didn't really play with the settings from the last encode I did.

I'm sorry if it takes you a little longer to download something, but after all the trouble I've gone through within the past weeks, I'm very burnt out with video editing and spending another 30 mins to an hour to setup another damn encode, then upload it, is just too much of a pain in the ass at the moment.

Maybe later I'll do another, but for right now, you guys will either need to settle with it or don't download it.

Meh, you shouldn't care what people think, not everyone likes MP4s, and if you like your Avis, they're your vids, so I wouldn't give into peer pressure like that, but that's just me. :)

I'd rather just avoid the bitching all together, less stress on me. I didn't do an XviD this time around because for some reason it kept looking really shitty when it was finished. Anywho, I added the WMV link and I'll try again with this MP4 shit later.

I appreciate you trying to assist me though.
