You have a feeeeeeew things to get fixed there :
1) Remove the subs : Yeah, the only way you're going to get those subs out is cropping, look for the guide about cropping and you'll be able to remove them easily.
2) Quality : even if you want less weight,... this quality sucks, or you get better compression ( a .mp4 can go with 8mb and look mmmmmmmuuuuuch better than this ) or ... nothings
3) 0:11 , stray frame. Try not to use the title of the anime to just use it, i once did that with an AMV, but it had an opening starting song that did not fit with another than static videos ( I even think it looks bad, though), at 0:26. 0:31, no end or no continuation to what happened there, as darthgamer said, there are too many random scenes. 0:37 stray frame. At the end, there should be a moving scene until practically 1:01-1:02, and then fade to black, not show automatically the credits.
I guess you used Windows Media Editor to make this video, because of the stray frames. It's only time, and you will get better to this. Good luck.
