This AMV was made after I watched Psycho1412's "My fantasy".that's really a wonderful AMV.I try my best to edit it in another style but seems not work very well.still,I hope you like it...^_^
If you can't watch, here is divx format:(use software to DL)
PS:the BG used in 00:38 has come from Nagisa-san's "Memory".I'm sorry that I have't gave clear indication of this in the video...

I'm a sucker for any FF videos (and I happen to like this song), so I got this...
I'll definitely give you points for strong beat sync and very fast speed befitting to the music. You got that covered very well, and this is a nice eyecandy treat. Even the video quality was much better than what I was expecting from a .wmv, although it did give the footage a duller look than it should have. It never hurts to check out the guides regarding video quality and encoding, but I'd say you're doing okay for now.
What I didn't really see was any kind of a concept, and I thought that you totally killed any concept you could have had with the overkill on effects. However, Advent Children seems to be pretty popular for eyecandy videos, and because I liked this anyway, I'll forgive that.
Nice work and keep at it!

BTW, my download of the WMV works absolutely fine.
It seems like you were aiming at an experiment of editing technique, in which is something I think every editor should always be doing. Rather than critique and trash on concept which is something a lot of reviewers love to do, I'll instead focus on your choices of visual appeal and editorial pacing.
The geometric layout of every frame is very technologic, and I also find appealing the film overlays. You also did a good job with syncing instrumentals with fx inputs and editorial cuts. All n all, you definitely have the skill and effort to put all those effects in to match timing and pacing.
As for my opinion on concept and story, I'll leave that for the opinion review for your video.
Expect an opinion review in the next day or two.

Oooh, I liked this. I was almost afraid to watch this because I love the song so much, but you totally banished any fear and greatly surpassed my expectations =3 I think the effects and editing flowed perfectly with the techy beat. I thought the keys in the beginning were cute too...cute/pretty anyway. I actually thought the mini story in this was a bit misplaced o.o; I think it brought more 'why?' to my mind than a straight and plot-less action vid would have. Anyway, I loved it, and it's definitely a keeper <3

Oooo....thanks for your replies.I'm really glad that you would like it...^_^
Just as servo101010 said.I really puted too much attention on editing technique. As this is my 3rd AMV and the 1st one edited by AE.I tried to make more effects as possible in order to learn AE.however,An AMV of FF7 is really uneasy to be made in douga MAD style.and after I finished it,I found my videos has little meaning. What a shame that I forget the most inportant thing in making AMV.thanks for your opinions,I will bear it in mind.and I'm sure my next MAD/AMV would be better...

.. I've found AE to be helpful in adding things that are just too tedious to anime.
( i.e. the girl looks into his eyes and a Ring of floating red hearts circle around her like a hula-hoop. )
.. the beauty of AE is that, unlike Editors, if the scene changes then the floating hearts can zoom-off into any direction and disappear without disrupting the next scene
.. T_T ever notice how they never tell us how or when to use AE T_T ...
.. another use for AE would be like the FireWorks going off over the city as the camera slowly zooms-out. save that section. now putt it into the Editor and add the two people involved looking at each other.
-- just a thought
