Video quality has some serious issues. Interlacing and macroblocking are especially bad. I'm not much a fan of the letterboxing either.
I do think the song fits, but your sync seems somewhat too slow, even for this song. There's some nice aural/visual dichotomies in the latter part of the video where the emotion comes through based on the fact that the two definitely present contradictions.
Still, this one could use a lot more work.
