Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:

Gone Far too Long - Kanon

This is my first AMV. I've felt like making an AMV for a long time, and I've got some basic video editing experience - I was just waiting for the right spark of an idea... and I got it when watching Kanon.
Friends gave it good reviews so I decided to post it up here.

Let me know what you all think :-)

This was interesting I like the mood to this. It seems alot use nickelback recently.The only thing I dislike was the logo on the top right , also the use of effects at 01:45 to 01:50, but you did an awesome job really romantic keep it up.

Thanks for the feedback and kind words.

Yeah, not all the eps are available on DVD here yet, so not much choice there. At least its a semi-transparent logo. :?
Some of Nickelback's songs really have a great atmosphere, so they make good backdrops for AMVs, hopefully it doesn't get as bad as it did with Linkin Park AMVs lol, its good but anything can get old.
For the second part of Mai's section - I'm actually kinda fond of that - I almost went with a completely different progression there too, it was kinda a toss-up. There were a few parts I just kept changing... but I'd never finish if I kept listening to my perfectionist side :P

I did a search a couple weeks ago when I was thinking about posting this and I didn't find anything. I hope I didn't step on anyone. :oops:
