Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

My First [posted] AMV!!
**spoiler alert** This video contains scenes from OVAs 1-4 so if you haven't seen all of them I would hate to ruin anything for you.
So here is my first postable AMV. Like I said in the AMV profile my technical "first" AMV went horribly, horribly wrong and I wouldn't want to burden anyone by posting that one. This video is a great leap forward from there due to better tools and what not. I am pretty proud of this video, I know I have improvements to make, but I really like this AMV. Constructive criticism is appreciated, but I have one excuse for a few problems I know the video has: my computer lacks ample amounts of RAM therefore Windows Movie Maker is the only program I can seem to get to run well enough to actually make anything with. I know a lot of people have some success with this program but I find that it is inexact at best, just my opinion but I would prefer Vegas or Premiere if my computer could run them at any kind of reasonable rate. Excuses aside I admit that there is still much room for improvement, but then nobody gets it all right at the beginning anyway. Well here's the link:

Please do enjoy! And please leave some feedback! Thanks guys!

"The reason why our eyes are in the front is so that we can always walk forward." right? haha
When you have time, please check out mine... working on a project right now. I hope to finish it soon.

New link
Hey I just wanted to let people know that my AMV has a new direct link. The previously uploaded version wasn't the greatest quality because I was having a problem saving the file properly in order to get the best quality in a size that was still uploadable to AMV. I decided that hosting the video elsewhere and linking to it would be a good solution to my problem so here's the address:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 7958&hl=en
Click on the "Smooth Video" option in the menu on the bottom right-hand corner for the best quality video. I hope this will allow people a better viewing of my AMV. Thanks for watching!
