I'd hate to break this to you. But, no.

Tobi is Obito and soon it will be announced. I just want everyone here to know who called it. Me.

Kakashi will take a whole new outlook on the mission after he saw that sharingan.
The mission will become more intense and he will realize its obito and act accordingly.

I even bet they'll have flash backs to the cave in. And he will realize that Obito is indeed Tobi.

Kakashi will finally be able to face his long-lost friend.

In the end Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, and tobi will all have a fight and two of them will die. If not three.

Regardless of WHO Tobi is. I just think that the idea of a space-time jutsu is incredibly stupid and shouldn't be something you could normally do with chakra.

ok why should they show kakashi on a graveyard crying about his lost friend in episode 80 or something, when they introduce Obito once again in the end. >.>

He probebly used an space/time nujitsu to get out. Anything is possible now that this skill is introduced into Naruto. I'm holding me breath for naruto to start flying around and do kamehameha's.

I'm tellin ya. He survived the boulders and is back as Tobi.

He might not have his memories from back-then but it is possible he retained them.

The goofy manner in which he does things leads me to believe he's Obito.(not counting the fact that his right eye has the sharingan with the exclusion of his left(Kakshi's sharingan) The fact that his hair is exactly like Tobi's. He didn't directly state that he was Madarra...etc)

He might also be after Sasuke's eyes to attain the mangekyou too. Thats probably why he was having the two face each other to so he could get the eyes with the most potential.
P.S.

I can't find anyone to really discuss this with. So if anyone(with an extensive knowledge of Naruto.) wants to help me brain storm. I've got lots of contact options. Hit me up and we'll figure this thing out!

I wonder how the hell Kishi-sensei tends to end this thing? He's really worked up a good climax. I hope he can pull of the gasm. Lmao.

There's a problem with your theory and here it is:
Kishimoto already confirmed that the Tobi we see is in fact Madara. The same Madara as the guy who helped Itachi massacre his clan. Itachi revealed that Madara was the first person to ever achieve the Enternal Mangekyou Sharingan, so he would have no need for Itachi's or Sasuke's eyes.

My belief is this: Since Madara would be long dead (200 years ago or something), he probably found a way to preserve his memories. While Obito was dying, he somehow implanted his mind into Obito, and became what he is now. That we, he still retains Obito's physique and some of his traits, but the body is under Madara's control.
