I liked Haruhi season 1

I also liked K-On.

As for them laughing, laugh at this jerks. I won't 'buy' the official dvds that's for sure. But I will gladly (more so than routuinely), download them, and do so while flipping them the bird.

It is NEVER a good idea to piss off fans.

Unless you are Square-Enix or KyoAni. They have too much money and seem to be able to do whatever the fuck they want.

I hated how KyoAni ruined the animation of Haruhi by making it look more like K-On.

I've seen only one episode of the second season and now I am even more hesitant of watching the other episodes because of what I am hearing about Haruhi.

Actually, it is superficially funny enough that it even made it past the language barrier.

So I decided to save myself the trouble and just skip all the way to the end of the latest episode.

Wasn't too surprised to see Endless Eight will continue.

Someone wake me up when they cut this shit out.

so, if this really goes on for 8 eps (which i consider possible at this point since we are now on the 4th ep of endless night), i have a feeling the majority of fans are simply going to stop watching this series for the next several weeks till we get some original material (for the past 2 eps i didn't even watch them, i just checked the ending to see if they were any different). I wonder what the anime makers were thinking when they did this, it sounds funny but in reality it's just going to piss off a dedicated fan base, they shouldn't have gone beyond 3 eps of the same material.

This way it's something that will be remembered after years AND it's a good execution.

I just realized something. If you turn a 8 sideways it's becomes the symbol for infinity. I hope that's not a hint ...
