I was really impressed with this anime. I always liked the Tales of... games so I had to check out the anime for TotA and it did not disappoint. The music, the colors, and the art were all storybook. It really tugged at the nostalgia in me. I grew up with Record of Lodoss War, The Heroic Legend of Arislan, and Ys, so Tales of the Abyss really harkened back to something nostalgic in me. I really enjoyed it.
