Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
Oh dayum, new story.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/20 ... -announced
It's set during the same time as the first season of Code Geass. I love Lelouch and all, but I'm watching it whether or not he makes an appearance

Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
I definitely hope so. If Code Geass does end up becoming an epic multi-media franchise consisting of several series, movies, OVAs and mangas just like Gundam or Macross, I will be very pleased. If it happens, it will mean that I was alive to see the birth of a new mecha franchise, as I was sadly born quite a few years after Macross and Gundam exploded into popular multimedia franchises.Enigma wrote:I sense Gundam Formula....

Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
I never liked how Gundam never had the same continuity. It made it harder to follow and honestly there was quite a few times where I didn't even bother watching because I had lost place within each series and the random characters became confusing... or disinteresting, to search for a better word.

Wow really? I kind of always liked the alternate Gundam universes, they gave writers opportunities to explore various different stories that would be hard to make in only one already-established continuity.

Re: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion
Aw c'mon.
Suzaku's got:
-a badass mech
-hilariously evil laugh by R2
-the ability to transform into Spinzaku
-the ability to avoid bullets from a security set-up by running up walls and spin-kicking cameras
Sure he can be a bit of a kiss-up, but you can't help but like him sometimes. xD
(He wasn't particularly one of my favorite characters in the show. Orange took that position. However I never really got so completely interested in the show even after R2, so maybe thats just my view. =P)
Also, still not comprehending how old locked topics can suddenly be un-locked through a new post.
