Final Shine on GT?

Does Vegeta do Final Shine Attack and in wut eps he does it?

If you're asking IF he does it, and then WHICH episodes he does it in... you obviously know that he does, indeed, perform the attack :)

I'm fairly sure he launches it against Super 17, which is to no avail. He later attempts to use it on Yi Xing Long, but gets impaled in the process. Not sure on the specific episodes, though, sorry.

That would be 44 and 63 respectively and in Japanese. In english its 29 and 48, I think.

Final Shine and Final Flash are different attacks...

Lo siento, por favor. Sans all accents, and perhaps a skewed meaning. I've never actually seen all of Dragonball in English, and probably never will. Too expensive.

Nah thats called a Kamakazi attack (suicide) The Final Shine attack is a small ball of ki in his hand then he shoots it at his foe, pretty useless attack really.
