My favorite part is the very end when Kenshin is fighting with all the soldiers and just slaughtered the Army. And it shows all the fighting of the armies and i like it a lot. But the Ninja scene beforehand was pretty damn good too.

Very awesome show. While the action is superb (some of the assassination scenes just drop my jaw), my favorite scene is probably towards the end right before he learns of the betrayal coupled with the final blow. I totally cried when I saw that. It's a really touchy feely movie once you stop getting wowed by all the fights.
