First off, this is a big lie, there's no more Kenshin coming out - It's over. If you saw Reflections, you'd know that. I mean, they COULD potentially make a series about Yahiko, but I doubt they will.
Second off, this is in the wrong forum, true or false.

True
And I think you're hearing about Reflections; it's the second OVA, and it takes place after both the Anime AND the Manga - it tells the story of the final arc in the Manga, and then what happens after that. I recommend seeing it.
But what else could they tell about? The first Kenshin OVA covered the Bakumatsu Revolution, when Kenshin was Hitokiri Battousai, and what made him become a Rurouni, and the second OVA tells the story of the final arc, involving yet another shadow from the Bakumatsu coming back to haunt Kenshin, as well as a long Epilogue of what came to pass after that. If the ever DID do a Samurai X II, it'd probably just be a codename for a new series of Kenshin, retelling the original story; but considering that Kenshin's just a little over 10 or 12 years old (don't know the exact date), that probably won't be the case for at least another decade or so (if ever).
